Why modesty matters for men too

The Bible teaches all of us to guard our hearts and to be mindful of how our actions may affect others. Lust is not only a struggle for men, women can struggle with it too.


Because of this, it is wise for men to be mindful of how they present themselves. Sometimes going shirtless or wearing very revealing clothing can cause discomfort or temptation for others.


Modesty is not only for women. Men can honor God, respect others, and show humility by choosing clothing that does not draw unnecessary attention to their bodies.


Modesty is a way for all believers, men and women, to show love, respect, and purity toward one another.
